The Mile Maker 124 Fire continues to move east on the north side of I-90 as well as northwest into Starvation Creek. Firefighters continue to burn out areas, construct dozer line and provide structure point protection to values at risk with available resources.

The concern for motorists and fire fighter safety exists on I-90 and motorists are being asked to please watch their speed and pay close attention to changes in traffic. Motorist maybe ticketed for stopping along the west side of I-90 from Beaver Tail Hill Road to Rock Creek Road.

Evacuations were ordered along Cramer Creek. Evacuees are asked to check in with the Red Cross at the Clinton Elementary School even if they do not stay, so they could receive some contact information in case of any emergencies.

Weather calls for low humidity and warm temperatures with winds coming out of northeast. This weather pattern can cause intense surface fire with group tree torching and potential for fire spread. Firefighters will be concentrating their efforts on reinforcing fire line on the north end of the fire.
