EMERGENCY CLOSURE FOR PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50 (a) and (b), the following acts are prohibited in the area, and on roads and trails described in this order within the Willamette National Forest. This order will become effective upon signature, and will remain in effect until rescinded.
(1) Being in an area closed for public health and safety. 36 CFR 261.52(e)
(2) Being on a road closed for public health and safety. 36 CFR 261.54(e)
(3) Being on a trail closed for public health and safety. 36 CFR 261.55(a)
Pursuant to Title 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from this Order:
·(1) Any person with a permit specifically authorizing the otherwise prohibited act or omission.
(2) Any Federal, State, or local official or member of an organized rescue or
firefighting force in the performance of an official duty.
(3) Owners or Lessees of land within the affected area.

· Beginning at the junction of Forest Roads 21 and 2134, south along Forest Road 2134, (excluding the roadway), to the junction of Forest Road 2136.
· South along Forest Road 2136 (excluding the roadway) to the junction of Forest Road 2154.
· East along Forest Road 2154, (excluding the roadway), to the junction of Forest Road 2153.
· North along Forest Road 2153, (excluding the roadway), to Forest Road 21.
· West along Forest Road 21, (excluding the roadway), to the junction of Forest Road 2134, point of beginning.

Violations of these prohibitions are punishable by a fine of not more than $5,000.00 for an individual or $10,000.00 for a corporation or imprisonment for not more than six months or both. Title 16 USC Section 551.
