Inversions and smoke will be returning Sunday through next week.
When air quality is in this range "Unhealthy for Sensitive Populations" there is an increasing likelihood of adverse health effects for those with pre-existing heart and lung diseases. People with pre-existing heart and lung diseases, the elderly, and children should limit prolonged outdoor exertion
When the air quality is in the "Unhealthy" range there may be increased aggravation of pre-existing heart and lung diseases and premature mortality among sensitive populations. Increasing adverse respiratory effects may also be seen in the general population. People with pre-existing health conditions, the elderly, and children should avoid any prolonged exertion. Everyone else should limit prolonged exertion.
When the air quality is in the "Hazardous" range everyone should try to stay indoors and limit exertion. Everyone should limit time spent outdoors.
