The Special Order numbered LCNF-2012-10, titled White Sulphur Springs Ranger District Moose Mountain Fire Area Closure, which was invoked on September 13, 2012 under authority of 36 Code of Federal Regulations 261.50, pursuant to 36 CFR 261.52, is hereby rescinded for those described lands within the Lewis and Clark National Forest.
This order is effective as of 8:00 A.M. (0800) September 13, 2012.
