Condon Mountain Fire Closure

Area Closure in Effect for The Condon Mountain Fire

The Flathead National Forest has established an Area Closure around the Condon Mountain Fire for public safety in the area. The Area Closure and accompanying map were established on September 22 and revised on September 25. For the purpose of the order, it is prohibited to be on any National Forest System Trail, or within the boundaries of the Condon Mountain Fire Area Closure. In addition, Forest Road 560 that leads to Cooney Lookout is closed to public access at the Forest Boundary.
