Update: The Hough Complex fire information phone lines will be disconnected today. For additional information, call the local Plumas National Forest office, Mt. Hough Ranger District, (530) 283-0555.
Resources will continue to mop up and patrol within 300 feet of the fire perimeters. There will be occasional smoke seen over the next several weeks as isolated pockets of fuel continue to burn. This can be expected until a significant amount of rain is received. Firefighters will continue monitoring the fires and also be available to any new fires as needed.
Today, the Incident Command Post in Taylorsville will be moved to Quincy and management of the Hough Complex is transitioned back to the Plumas National Forest Type 3 team.
