The Wesley Fire has grown to 16,010 acres with 100% containment. The fire area has received significant snow and rain in the past 6 days.
The Fire Area Closure Order has been lifted. Please use caution if entering the fire area. Potential hazards include falling trees, rolling rocks and debris, and occasional flare ups if fuels dry out. Forest visitors may continue to see smoke from burning logs and duff over the next several days; little to no fire spread is expected. An updated map of the fire perimeter can be found on inciweb.org.
This will be the last update unless there is significant change in fire behavior.

Fire received significant snow and rain the past 6 days. No fire behavior has been observed.
This will be the final report unless a significant change in fire behavior occurs. If the current weather pattern persists, the fire will probably be called out in the next few weeks.
